We currently ship to addresses within Ireland only. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Ireland cannot be processed.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CET) on business days (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CET), on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Processing includes order verification, quality control, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

8. Delivery Address Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
9. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt:
- The package may be returned to the logistics facility
- We will contact you to arrange a suitable solution
Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery if the error was caused by incorrect address information.
10. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is considered completed once the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered.
If you experience an issue after confirmed delivery, please contact us so we can assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
